What is art?

Art is not tracing..
Art is not copying a picture..
Art is not using a photo because you're too lazy to draw it..
Art is using your imagination and your knowledge of a subject to create it..
I must learn about my subjects... I must be able to find my imagination once again.. It's coming back slowly...

I think I'm going to take a trip to the zoo and sketch all day long.. and learn about the animals.. and the people there.. That would be fun...

Traditional coloring: i use crayola colored pencils...
Computer coloring: adobe photoshop
